Midi-length dress with V-neck and puff sleeves that land at the elbow.

There are covered bottoms the length of the dress, but also a side zipper making it easier to get the dress on and off.  The cut is fitted in the upper body and A-line cut through the skirt with a bottom ruffled tier.
